How to search for a provider or resource in EASE

To view the entire EASE database hit the Search button. This will bring up all the providers in the system.

To search for a specific provider, specialty, or resource you may refine your search by doing the following:

  1. If, for example, a provider who specializes in Depression is desired, select Mental Health Services in the Program Service list box. This refreshes the Specialty-1 Classification list box.
  2. Go to the list in the Specialty-1 box and choose the classification you desire (Depression).
  3. Click the Search button.

Follow these steps to find a provider, specialty, or resource to meet your needs in any specialty classification.

Note: To simplify your search, the majority of the CGS providers are listed under Mental Health Services and Specialty 1 - Classifications.

Once you decide which provider you want to contact, the name and phone number of the contact person is directly under the name of the agency.
