CGS Family Partnership will hold its Recognition and Graduation Celebration on Wednesday September 14, 2009 from 5:30 to 8:00 PM. This event celebrates accomplishments made by the children and youth who participate in the care management organization and youth case management programs. This event will take place at the Gloucester County College Fine Arts Center located at 1400 Tanyard Road, Sewell, NJ 08080.
October, 2011
CGS Family Partnership will present a Provider Forum on October 20, 2011 from 10 a.m. to 2 p.m. In the spirit of wraparound CGS’s intensive in-community service providers are invited to meet with management, then in resource fair style meet with the care and case managers. This event will take place at the Gloucester County Library in Mullica Hill, New Jersey.
