CGS Family Partnership — Strength-based support to build healthy families

CGS Family Partnership, Inc. is a non-profit organization dedicated to assisting children with emotional and behavioral needs.

We are a care management organization that uses a wraparound model of care to design, implement, and manage Individual Service Plans (ISPs) that are specific to a child's individual strengths and complex needs. These ISPs are developed by using a Child and Family Team process.

The wraparound model of care used by CGS Family Partnership is an approach to helping children that is family friendly and community based. Emphasis is placed on the strengths of the child, family, and community.

Our goal is to keep children in their homes and their communities, where they belong.

Our Mission:

The mission of CGS Family Partnership is to maintain children with severe behavioral and emotional challenges safely at home, in school and in the community by providing support, education and advocacy and connecting children and families to the appropriate services and resources through Cumberland, Gloucester and Salem Counties.
